The person who entered was a woman. Her height was the same as Natsuki Subaru. Her purple eyes angled down towards their edges and presented her with a certain level of calmness and gentleness. Below her left eye she had a beauty spot. Her long wavy hair was black in color and was braided into a long tail on the left side of her head that reached down to her hips.
A single purple flower decorated the left side of her head. She was a woman of incredible beauty who apparently oozed eroticism with every move she made. Her white skin was unusually pale to the point that it could almost be described as sickening, and her slim body was well-endowed with large breasts and sultry curves. Her bewitching beauty coupled with her well-endowed body was enough to catch the eye of most people she met.
Her clothing, as if to match the woman herself, was extremely provocative. The dress, that clung to her body fairly tightly, also had thigh-high slits on either side and an exposed front that flaunted her bellybutton and cleavage.
Woman: Hello all. I am sorry for the interruption, but I would also like to place a bid on the pendant you have in your possession.

Woman: Oh, where are my manners? My name is Elsa Granhiert. It's a pleasure to meet you all.

If Primis was still in his "The Black Swordsman" form, then Elsa must have realized how dangerous he was. Why? Because even if Primis still appeared 'normal' in that form, those with high-battle experience and sharpened instinct could feel threat from him.
However, not in "Planar Lord" form. That's because Zenith made his existence almost merge with the world itself. As a result, her instincts didn't warn her. Since it meant that the entire world was her enemy.

Everyone looked at two more Sacred Gold coins that Primis put on the table. Subaru's and Felt's faces lit up as Rom nodded his head in acknowledgement. Elsa had a small smile on her face.
Elsa: I never expected to be outdone like this. Impressive. It's my loss here Mr. Rigla.
Primis: Then this is over.
Felt: Um. I accept this agreement.
Rom: With this, negotiations are over.
Everyone stood up from their seats. Primis took some steps back and let Subaru take the lead. All of them shook hands.
Elsa: Too bad I lost. But it can't be helped.
Subaru: I hope your client will understand, Elsa.
Elsa: It's alright. You win some and lose some. No hard feelings.
Since, Negotiations seemed successful, Felt approached Primis and took out the pendant.
Felt: Here.
Primis looked at the pendant, no, insignia would be better word for it. He looked at the insignia in Felt hand before nodding and taking it.

Elsa was watching Primis who was looking at the Insignia while deep in thought. She then turned and looked at Subaru.
Elsa: By the way, there's something I want to ask.
Subaru: Yeah, what is it?
Elsa: What are you planning to do with this pendant?
Subaru: Well, of course. Return it to its rightful owner.
'Primis: Stupid.'

But at the nick of time, Felt tackled him on the floor. With her speed, Subaru won't even have realized when his stomach was cut. If Felt wasn't there then Subaru would have his intestines out on the ground for everyone to see. As for Primis, too bad he had no intention of saving Subaru in the first place.

Rom kept on attacking while Elsa kept on dodging. She was too quick and was encircling around him with a playful smile. Many tables and the floor had been destroyed by the club. Still, Rom kept on attacking not giving chance for Elsa to counter.
Subaru: No, we can't beat that monster!!!
Subaru spoke in terror from his 'hiding' spot. However, Felt spoke trying to reassure him.
Felt: Don't worry. Old man is really strong.
'Primis: Well, he is. But too bad Elsa is in a whole different league. She is not even taking him seriously and just playing with him.'
Maybe Rom had higher strength than Elsa but it's useless if his attacks never even land. Elsa licked her lips and moved closer this time.

She moved her body a little to dodge the next swing before taking a whole 360-degree turn. Using the momentum from the turn, she attacked.

Rom didn't even have time to react before his right arm was severed from his arm.

Rom didn't stop and started attacking Elsa with his remaining arm. Elsa kept on dodging while enjoying the last struggle of her prey. With time Rom attacks started to become weak and sluggish because of excessive loss of blood.

Said Elsa before licking her lips.

Rom let out one last voice as blood gushed out of his stomach. He then fell and died.
Subaru: N-NO. IT CAN'T BE!!!!
Felt was crying. She looked at Primis who was standing in the corner some distance away and spoke.
Felt: Sorry. You got caught up in our problem. Please run while I try to buy some time.
Primis raised one of his brows hearing this.
[She is more worried about you than herself.]
'Primis: .........
Primis remained silent. Felt then turned her attention to Elsa.
Felt: You were planning on killing us anyway. IN ORDER TO ERASE ALL THE EYE-WITNESSES WHO SAW YOU HAVING THE PENDANT.
Elsa: I won't deny that. I planned to carve your bowels and separate them from your body.
Felt: YOU PSYCHOPATH!!!

Felt charged towards Elsa. At first, her speed was normal but in the next second, it became fastest. She attacked Elsa at high-speed that can't be seen my normal people with their naked eyes.
Elsa: Divine Protection of wind...…

Elsa moved to the side and dodged Felt's attack.
Elsa: You are loved by this World. How wonderful. But......that's it.

Elsa took another 360-degree turn and attacked.

Blood scattered all around as the lifeless body of Felt fell.

Moving her gaze to Subaru who was now shuddering in pure terror, she spoke.

Said Primis as he stepped forward and stood in front of Subaru.
Elsa: Ahhhh. I want to keep you for later, Rigla. Oh, well. Looks like I need to change it a bit.
Hope returned in Subaru's eyes as he looked at Primis' back. On the contrary, Primis only gave him a side-glance.
'Primis: Sorry to poop your bubbles, Subaru. I have no intention of ending this Arc in this loop. There are still some pieces that haven't been in their places yet. Hmmm...............Let's see. Yup, I have decided. Next loop will be end for this Arc.'
