章節 55: Compression Socks
plantar fasciitis. It is a inflamation of the ring of tissue that connects to the heel. It basically is constant sharp pain whenerver you're walking, and if its really bad it can be when your just sitting down or flexing your toes.
Now I'm talking about this because I'm currently suffering from this, as I said in the rant about how I treated my body like a 5$ mcdonalds toy. And a commen treatment for this Plantar Fasciitis is wearing special socks called compression socks. They are basically just socks that are tight around the arch in your foot. And today is my first day wearing them, and they are weirdly comfortable.
Now how I got this is very stupid, I got this because of how I sleep. Now take a picture of Peter Griffen after he fell down the stairs, and thats how I sleep. And I got it because of how I place my hip and foot while sleeping.
So when I sleep, I lay my back on the pillow behind me, my head on the one too my left, my right hand behind the pillow behind me, and my left arm underneath the pillow I lay my head on. And then my legs do whatever the fuck inflatable arm flaily tube man shit they want.
So thats it, honestly I just couldnt come up with a chapter so I decided to rant about my fucked up body.
