章節 20: Chapter 20: Blunder

Yusuf Zuck didn't even think about it, he just jumped out of the car. The guy was skilled and bold, and he happened to be looking for a chance to impress the beautiful female boss, so when the criminal showed up, it was just what he wanted.

With a screech, just as he leapt from the car, the motorcycle that had been zipping through the traffic suddenly came to a sharp halt, missing him by less than half a meter.

"Are you freaking trying to get yourself killed?" A woman's voice came from inside the black helmet, and Yusuf was momentarily taken aback. How come it was a woman?

"I'm freaking not trying to get myself killed, you get down here!" Yusuf instinctively reached for the woman's hand.

"Yusuf, come back, come back." Suddenly, the car window rolled down, and Ruth Wilcox poked her head out with an embarrassed look and said, "It's not her, the person last night was a man..."

Yusuf's hand stopped mid-air, his facial expression indescribably priceless.
