"Profit doesn't come with taking risks. Either take risks or be on the losing side. The choice is yours," Calliope said with a scoff. When he didn't say anything else, she continued. 

"Once the confidential information is leaked, ClickNext's share prices will automatically go down. We will wait for the share prices to hit a point where the Board of directors will feel anxious. Hendrix will feel everything is going according to him as he wanted Clicknext to submit to other companies. What could be a better time to acquire ClickNext than then?"
