Lu Yizhou's head was fuzzy as he struggled to peel open his heavy eyelids. He couldn't recall what had happened and his limbs felt as heavy as lead. One thing for certain was, his blood was currently boiling. 

For a split second, he thought he had been thrown into a burning cauldron. Otherwise how could it be so hot…? He squeezed his eyes shut and tried to calm his ragged breathing to no avail. What had happened to him? Did he get drunk?

No… he wasn't the kind of person who would partake in liquor, there was no way he would get drunk if he hadn't even had a sip of wine. So why the hell was he so dizzy? Once again, he tried to open his eyes and the ceiling seemed to spin around and around above him. He opted to bury his head into the crook of his arm instead and let out a muffled groan.
