Odin felt something leave him, his energy felt drained, but he realized what this was, he wanted to deny it, he wanted to..but it was impossible for him not too, it was her...His first Born
Stepping out of his Throne, Odin quickly departed from the room. He knew now how quickly it would be. but he quickly paused himself.
...he wondered if he could tell him...Hela was a closely guarded secret after all.
He shook his head and continued to depart.
…
"My king.."
"Heimdall." Odin greeted, "You know why I am here?"
"Hela," Heimdall said his eyes never once leaving the cosmos, more specifically Midgard at a certain point where the Goddess of Death resided. "The Goddess of Death."
Odin felt his heart lurtch, "You know of her?"
"I do." Heimdall, Nodded his head.
"I see..." Odin frowned, he followed Heimdall's gaze and he too stared at the cosmos, "You were not haste to alert me, why?"
Heimdall continued to stare into the cosmos before he eventually responded to the All-father's words.
"There was no reason to be alarmed." Heimdall replied.
Odin frowned.
"The Goddess of Death, whom you've mentioned is indeed out there," Heimdall's lips quirked upwards into a small smile, "Confronted by a mortal, and is currently changing."
Odin's eyes narrowed, "Explain."
"The mortal who is called Kakarot, but goes by the name Andrew, is the strongest warrior Midgard has to offer." Heimdall paused for a moment, "He found Hela the moment after she escaped your seal and began to change her heart."
There pause before he continued,
Odin's eyes locked onto Heimdall's "You mean to tell me..?"
"It's true my King..." Heimdall smiled softly, "The goddess of death is beginning to fall for a mortal."
There was a long moment of pause as Odin's expression changed to that of disbelief.
"Hela...with...a Mortal...I-I'm-possible" Odin mumbled to himself, "
Heimdall slowly nodded his head, "It is indeed possible, my king. I saw it my own eyes, right after he bested her with a simple kick and restrained her magic."
Silence, absoulte silence.
""My king...is everything alright..." Hemdall asked concerned as Odin stood frozen.
"How is it possible...it took everything I had, to seal her, and this mortal...this Midgardian was able to do so with a simple Kick!?" Odin asked in disbelief, Heimdall was startled as..he never seen his King act like this before, but nodded his head nonetheless.
"If it's all the same to you my King, Hela did not break free from your seal unscathed." Heimdall said, "she had grave injuries that were almost fatal."
Odin frowned, "And she was still alive?" Odin asked,
"The mortal healed her." Heimdall stated simply...
"I...see..." Odin frowned, his conflicted thoughts once again rising at how a simple mortal could accomplish such feets, "We must prepare then, no doubt they are planning on coming here out of revenge and taking the throne of Asgard for himself."
Heimdall shook his head.
"That actually might not be true." Heimdall said with a small smile, "Although it might hardly believe, the mortal Kakarot, the Midgardians call Andrew has convinced Hela to take her eyes off Asgard, off the throne, and she began to focus on him and only him."
Odin didn't know what to feel at that, he was still angry at a mortal for daring to seduce his daughter, but he was relief that Hela did not seek revenge. He was upset, and very disapointed that Hela was trying not to care for Asgard at all.
The whole reason why he sealed her, was because he regretted his actions during his time of conquest and Hela did not seem to regret hers.
She was growing out of his own control in strength, and in mind...to think that this lowly mortal, was able to do what he could not...he didn't know what to feel...
"My King..."
"That is all Heimdall.." Odin said, dismissed himself, he went back to his throne and sat back down on his chair, and closed his eyes, "I must meditate on this."
