In a small eatery somewhere in Manila, A Middle aged man Happily received His orders before Paying for them. The middle aged man really liked the Foods Being sold here. Especially the Adobo specialty that the young man Here cooks.
Bidding his farewells to his friends That just arrived Earlier, The middle aged man walked out of the eatery before Marching towards the small Parking area behind it. There, His old scooter was parked Peacefully. Awaiting His Return so that the middle aged man can go home.
After inserting the key, The middle aged man was just about to start the Engines up when he suddenly Caught sight of a Ten wheeler truck rampaging it's way in this direction in the distance.
The middle aged man Was shocked at first but hesitated Whether To Escape the area since The truck might not be headed here.
However, All the hesitations that he have earlier Left his Body when he Realized that The truck had no intention of stopping. Quickly turning his Scooter Away, The middle aged man Drove Away from the Area But came into a Sudden halt when he realized something.
The customers! His friends! All the people inside Were in grave danger!
The middle aged man immediately Hopped off the scooter before sprinting towards the eatery, Disregarding His Life and safety.
"Hey, Hey! Get out of there! There's A truck That is going to Strike you guys Like a Bowling bowl!!!"
"Heyyyyy! Get out of there! You all are in grave danger!"
The People inside saw him sprinting Towards them with All His might and found it funny with how he flailed his Arms around like a monkey when running.
His friends inside saw what he was doing and Laughed At how Silly he looked. At their work, The middle aged man was known for being the Clown, The Joker Of the Company. He would do silly things just to make them laugh and happy. A trait that Almost every employee In their company loved about him.
However, One of His friends noticed something wrong. The middle aged man seemed to be trying to Convey something. He kept on Pointing towards his left before Doing a Decapitation gesture with his hands.
Looking towards his Left through the window he found not That far from him, The Man paled at the sight that loomed over him. In front of him was a Huge Truck, Aggresively Appearing in his vision like Huge, raging bull.
He tried to warn everyone inside but It was just too late. The noise everyone was making inside combined with how sound proofed the walls, Doors and windows was Muffled the Roaring Engines of the Truck, Rendering them completely About the danger that was about to Descend into them.
The middle aged man outside can only watch as the truck Struck the Wall of the Small eatery, Completely demolishing the Structure into Pieces Of debris. smoke Filled the air As the roaring engine of the truck slowly died out.
Shock and horror Was plastered In his face When the smoke finally dispersed. Blood and torn limbs littered the ground. Smoke and burning flames Slowly making their presence known as time slowly passed by.
Waking up from his shock, The middle aged man immediately Dialed An emergency hotline Before informing them about the tragedy that just transpired here.
The middle aged man continued to Describe the situation to The Operator while Forcing his way Into The Now Destroyed Eatery. Tears welled up from the corners of his eyes When He Found The dead, Crushed bodies of his Friends. The People That he was just laughing with together earlier while waiting in the Line For his turn to come. Limbs Littered the ground, Almost making him puke his Guts out.
The middle aged man continued on Looking for any survivors but was Slowly Losing hope as so far he wasn't able to find a single survivor.
He Continued on Looking for survivors for a few dozen more minutes before Sinking into despair. Gone. Everyone from earlier was gone. Just like that.
Hanging up on his call, The middle aged man Collapsed To the ground. His heart Beating faster with Sorrow and Grief.
A Low groan pulled him out of his grieving, Making him Turn his head in Complete shock. The middle aged man Stood up from the ground, Following the direction from where the groans Was coming from.
The middle aged man Weaved through all the obstacles and Debris around him, Before Arriving In front of a Steel Object.
He Heard the groan once again and was able to confirm that the sound was indeed coming from Behind the Steel. Putting his fingers around the Steel, The middle aged man Began to pull, Making Creaking sounds as the Steel table slowly started To Move.
Fortunately, No Debris Hindered the Middle aged man from Pulling the Steel table off and was finally able to see who was Behind It.
Looking at her Stature and face, The middle aged man immediately recognized her as the Chef that works alongside the young man In this eatery.
Diana Was bleeding from All over her Body. Groans from pain Continously Came out from her Small lips.
"Shh, Shhh. Your safe now, Little girl. Your safe now", The middle aged man Tried To calm down the girl before he started pulling her out of the Destroyed eatery.
When he came out safely, The middle aged man sighed in relief when he saw the Firetrucks and Police Outside the Eatery.
'We're Safe now. We're safe'

They're real. They're indeed real.
Muez shakily Thought to himself aas he watched the ratata in front of him Move around. It's red eyes Squinted, Observing every nook and cranny of his body. Probably Determining whether he's a Threat or not.
The stare down continued for a few minutes before the ratata Nodded at him. After doing so, It immediately bolted into the bushes, Probably to find Foods to fill it's stomach.
When the pokémon was out of his sight, Muez Exhaled the breath that he was subconciously holding. All the excitement and nervousness that he was suppressing earlier Immediately Appeared in his face.
"I can't believe it. This is a dream right? Right? Pokémons. A real, Living Pokémon! This is so unreal like bruhhhh", Muez Mumbled to himself, Still Unable to Believe that he just encountered a creature that both he and Diana dreamt on Meeting one.
Then, A realization suddenly struck Muez. A realization That deminished the burning Excitement in his heart. Unlike what the TV shows Portrays the pokémons, Muez knew that Pokémons in real life is not that All goody goody or friendly. Pokémons Doesn't survive in the wild By just relying on berries or fruits. Gyarados would be the perfect example for that.
As a Carnivorous Pokémon, Gyarados obviously Have to Consume Huge amounts of Smaller Or even Another gyarados In order to Fill it's humongous Appetite.
Moreover, Muez Even thought that cannibalism Might be not that strange here, Given how pokémons Seemed to Fight Each other everyday for survival.
With that realization Hammering itself to his mind, Muez Learned that he might not be that safe here Afterall. three reasons. One, He's In An Unknown forest. Who knows what kind of dangerous pokémons or Poisonous Plants inhabits this huge forest. Two, He's completely unarmed. Unprepared. Without any Weapons or equipments In him, Muez even doubt whether he can survive here for a day. And lastly, Three. There's No civilization or anyone around to help him When he encounters a Very dangerous, perilous Pokémon. No one To save him from the Lurking dangers here.
Slumping to the ground, Fear slowly Began To Creep in his chest. Find a weapon. That's right. If Muez wants to Survive, He have to find something to use in order to defend himself.
Pulling Himself up from the ground, He started to look around for branches or anything that can serve for a Temporary weapon. Branches, Stones Or heck, If there's a freaking knife lying around then why not?
Not long after, Muez found two branches. One is A Thinner Branch. Suitable for Someone That is used to fighting with lighter weapons. Then the other, A Branch with same length Of his legs and Same Thickness as his arms. Perfectly suitable for Strong and Powerful blunt attacks.
Just when he was contemplating about which Branch he should choose, A nearby bush started shaking, Making small leaves Fly around it.
From the Bushes, A Big, Serpentine Body started to slither out. Its Purple, Glistening scales Reflecting the Fear that Started to appear in Muez's Face.
Noticing the Humansm In the corner of it's Eyes, The Serpentine Pokémon Stopped In it's track before Facing Muez. Jaws Filled with rows upon rows of Sharp fangs Released the Dead pidgey it hunted Earlier.
Eyes Narrowing At Muez Aggresively, The pokémon Hissed at him, Showing the Sharp Fangs It had In a Form of intimidation.
Arbok. The Pokémon that strongly resembles a cobra back on earth. It's Narrow Eyes glared at him aggresively. Rows upon rows of Sharp Fangs glistening brightly under the Sun. Just below its head is a large hood with a face-like pattern. This pattern has over 20 possible variations. The pattern typically has two red and yellow eyespots outlined in black, a wide black streak resembling an upturned mouth, and a black V-shaped stripe above the eyespots.
Seeing the human not moving, Arbok began to Slither toward him while Showing the Terrifying patters In it's Body to Muez at the same time.
Muez Knew That Arboks Used these patterns To paralyze Their preys with fear before Wrapping their Serpentine body around Their prey to Seal their Escape.
Muez tried to Turn around to run but Was horrified to realize That his legs won't move from the fear That Was Present in his heart.
"Come on, Move goddamnit!"
Muez Suddenly heard a Loud hiss before he instictively Raised the Thin branch in his Left arm Towards The Pokémon. The Branch Placed it self in between the jaws of Arbok, Preventing it From digging it's Fangs into Muez's Body.
Realizing what he just did, Muez Immediately took the just to turn around. Determined to escape the premises to avoid Being Eaten by the Pokémon.
Just as when he turned around, muez Heard the sound of a branch Snapping. Subconciously Turning his Head, Muez saw The Arbok staring at him angrily. The branches that he placed in it's Mouth now Lying Peacefully on the ground, Broken in half.
'I'm Dead. I'm Going to die.'
Just as when all hopes was gone, Something Appeared in his mind accompanied by a Mechanical beep that he usually heard from videogames.
[ Beep! Synchronization Completed. Would you like to activate the system? ]
