The names on the menu were quite artistic, and Isabel Smith found them a bit hard to understand. To avoid any embarrassment, she only chose two familiar homestyle dishes.

Within several minutes of placing their orders, the waiter brought over wine and tea for everyone. Percy Stanton was the first to raise his wine glass and politely addressed the table with a smile, "Today, I'm truly grateful to all of you."

"Mr. Stanton, you're too kind."

Everyone chimed in with their responses, then raised their wine glasses and drank up.

It had been a month since Isabel had her miscarriage, and she could now drink alcohol. However, due to her fear of suffering another miscarriage because of excessive drinking, she only took a small sip from her wine glass and then put it down.

The wine seemed to be brewed specially, with a sweet and delicious taste when it first entered the mouth, but it had a slight spiciness once it had been swallowed. Then, it left one with many layers of lingering flavor.
