章節 29: How to confess
Next morning-----------------
Ning Quio woke up as usual in the hospital, she had been here for three days now and she was getting better. She looked around and didn't see Lu Laoyang but instead saw his assistant Cheng Li.
"Where's the boss?"
"He had some emergency at work so left earlier"
"Oh okay and what are you doing here? "
"Boss asked me to take care of you till he comes"
Ning Quio nodded and went to the bathroom to freshen up. She came out and left her hair loose. She was in a patient's dress but still looked pretty in it. Soon vegetables were brought in and she ate them quietly feeling bored. She started to reflect on how she lived with Lu Laoyang, they lived like a couple. She had decided to stay away from him a long time ago but got carried away by her emotions.
Now she couldn't go back since she had told him she would stay with him. Moreover, he said he was lonely and could only stay by her side. If she left he might be depressed. If she was going to stay with him then she had better confess her feelings but she didn't know how to. Then someone's name popped into her mind, she smiled.
She would confess to him next week so she had to plan everything this week. This was her first time confessing love to somebody and she didn't know how to, but that person might help her. That person was a guy, her male best friend Mong lingyu. They were friends from childhood. He was in America now acting a movie, he was an expert in doing that kind of stuff after dating hundreds of girls.
She immediately called him.
"The world will surely come to an end," he said immediately he picked up the call.
"Why do you say that?", She asked him
"I've left China for a year now but you never called to ask of me, I'm sure it must be something important"
"Oh Mong Lingyu you are right"
"Did someone hurt you?"
"No"
"Do you need money?"
"No"
"Do you miss me?"
"Mo Lingyu!", she shouted out his name angrily," You had better listen to me and stop asking foolish questions"
"Am all ears my Queen"
Meanwhile, Lu Laotang had come to visit Ning Quio and heard her talking, it seemed she was having a call, he stayed at the door to eavesdrop.
"I'm going to confess to a guy can you help me?"
"What? what did you say? you're in love? impossible how did a stone fall in love?"
"How dare you call me that"
"I'm mesmerised my dear"
"Are you gonna help or not"
"I will help hehe he"
"Well we have three methods, first is the seduction method, the cooking method then confessing directl...", He explained into details everything about the three methods.
"I would prefer seduction"
"You went for the good one should I show you how to...",he didn't finish when the line went off, she had heard what she needed.
"Hmph that damn girl, abandoning me after getting what she needs!", Mo Lingyu hissed.
After the call, the door opened and someone fell to the ground, it seemed the person was eavesdropping. The person got up and started cleaning his coat. It was none other than Lu Laotang? she had always thought highly of the Lu family but she didn't expect this from the second young master.
"Second master?" she asked in a surprised voice" were you eavesdropping?"
"Of course I was, how could you betray my brother? he loves you so much but you think of another guy? that's unfair"
"Second master can you please keep this as a secret for me", Ning Quio was nervous.
"Of course I will! if my brother hears this he will be devastated,you've really disappointed me",he said and walked out.
Ning Quio wasn't ready to explain since this was a surprise for his brother.
