"Turtwig use Bite!" Tobi commanded Turtwig who comply as he charge toward the weakened rattata and noted it, knocking it down.
"Now! Turtwig finish it with a razor leaf!"
Turtwig without a single hesitation timely uses a razor leaf murdering the rattata who didn't even have a chance to fight back.

It's been five days since Tobi was reincarnated into the Pokemon world and a lot of stuff has changed as Tobi officially caught Turtwig just after they started exploring the forest.
Moreover, Tobi didn't let Turtwig slack off as he trained him nonstop. Tobi repeatedly pushes Turtwig to his limit as he only gets too few rests.
And all of that bear fruit as just today, Turtwig finally reach level 15.

Turtwig's strength was noticeable even in his appearance as he was more than double the size of the normal turtwig and weight 2 and a half times more.
Tobi wasn't just hard on turtwig but on himself also, he trained nonstop in manipulating and creating more bullets and the better he gets, the less stamina it cost and the more bullets he could make.
The contented Tobi decided to find any towns as all of the pokemons they encounter are all too weak now for the current Turtwig.
And as if someone had heard his prayer, Tobi saw a moderate size town after twenty minutes of walking.
As soon as Tobi reached the town, he noticed people staring at him or more specifically they were staring at Turtwig.
but Tobi just ignored it because as a person who grew up in a very unpleasant situation, he learned to feel the people around him and he felt no malice in those stares but curiosities.
Because of the pokemon he fought back in the forest, Tobi had a great feeling that he was in Kanto Region and because of those stares, that feeling solidifies as he was now sure he is Kanto.
As the turtwig species was originally from Sinnoh, it is not uncommon that people from other regions didn't know about them.
The Alliance was still developing in the Kanto and Johto region which is also one of the reasons why Pokemons from neither of that regions are rare in Kanto.
not minding the stares around him, Tobi went straight to the Pokecenter because of the sudden increase in turtwig's strength, it may have caused hidden wounds that could have caused damage to turtwig's potential and even though Tobi has common knowledge about disinfecting wounds, turtwig is a Pokemon so it's much better to have proper medications.
"Welcome to the pokecenter how my I help you?" A female receptionist asks Tobi except Nurse Joy like in the game.
Different from the game, the pokecenter here has many staff and doctors that run the entire pokecenter and Nurse Joy was the one supervising the pokecenter.
"I just want my turtwig to have a full body check-up" Tobi answers in a gentle tone as he releases a fake smile.
The receptionist blushed but Tobi turned blind eye to it as he passes turtwig to the receptionist while maintaining the fake smile.
Tobi is a tall, slim man with neck-length black hair partially tied up behind his head while the rest drapes down his back. He has small black eyes and bangs that occasionally cover the left eye.

Tobi, who was gifted a handsome face that was alone enough to be a Hollywood actor even with 0 acting skills were used to it as he gets the same reaction from girls even in his past life.
The receptionist took turtwig with disappointment as she passed it to the nurse in the room behind the front desk. Meanwhile, Tobi headed to the waiting room area and just sat there planning his plans for the future.
"Hey, you're a trainer right?" Tobi heard someone says as he turned to his left, he saw an old man relatively about sixty to seventy years old, was trying to initiate a communication with him.
"yes, I just started a month ago" Tobi didn't ignore the old man but that doesn't mean Tobi would just give information about him easily.
"Oh?! you must be a good trainer then" The old man reply as he also saw Tobi's Turtwig from earlier and even though it's an unfamiliar species for them, he could feel it was strong and was raised well.
"Thank you hehe" Tobi shyly responds as he scratches the back of his head but there is a glint in his eyes that disappear shortly.
The two proceed to talk but it was mainly the old man that is talking and Tobi only asks questions and answers (lie) the old man's question.
'What a harvest' Tobi thought because Tobi get some primary knowledge about this town and the Pokemon world.
This town also known as 'Teriko Town', was located in the northwest of the viridian city, was not a well-known town. The strongest person here which is the major was just an intermediate rank trainer owning a level 29 Raticate and a level 25 Butterfree which is pretty weak compared to other major cities and towns but for them, this is enough as all of the citizens here are civilians.
"[Paging Mr Tobi, pls come to the front desk]²" Their conversation was interrupted by a speaker as turtwig's check-up was done.
"That's me, gramps, I better get going" Tobi excuses himself to the old man who looks dejected.
"Well, I guess, goodbye young man" The old man said in a sad tone.
Tobi smiled slightly and shook his head seeing the old man acting sad but his feet were not slowing down as he arrive at the front desk in just an instant.
The whole check-up just took about 15 minutes as the receptionist with a blush on her face, hands the healthy Turtwig to Tobi as the latter took it with again, a fake smile on his face.
"Your turtwig was healthy and strong, you must be a great trainer!" The receptionist said
"Thanks" Tobi gave a short answer and hand over 500 Pokedollar for the check-up payment.
Without waiting for the receptionist the talk anymore, Tobi returned Turtwig to his Pokeball as he immediately head toward the exit.
As Turtwig's check-up was done, Tobi who decided to relax for the first time since coming to this world, headed to the library to chill a little and to get some basic knowledge about this planet.
After a few minutes of asking for directions from the residents, Tobi finally found the library.
In front of Tobi stands a worn-out building that looks like an abandoned house, even Tobi first thought it was if not for the sign above it that says 'Library'
