The door was pushed open from outside, not sounding like someone moving about.
She turned around to see a young guy in a wheelchair with a cast on his arm. His youthful face was always adorned with a smile.
"Hello, Dr. Tang."
The young man bashfully smiled, "My name is Yao Lei, your patient. I wanted to thank you for saving my arm. If it had not been for you, I would have become a disabled person."
He lifted his arm a bit. Even though it did not hurt at this moment, the pain sometimes drove him to retreat beneath the blanket in secret sobs. Nonetheless, at the very least, his limbs were intact.
"How have you been recently?" Tang Yuxin put the book in her hand aside. She was rather fond of this young man, who gave off a sense of genuineness when he smiled.
"Not bad, the pain has lessened," said Yao Lei, scratching his head with his uninjured hand, "What about you, Dr. Tang? Is everything okay with you?"
