Bad jokes aside (the cliffhanger stupidity), What Luna and Naruto saw was a bit weirder

"What did you want to talk about Kaede?" Asked Rimuru, or for Naruto and Luna: That blue-haired man from that day

And this sight surprised Naruto and Luna greatly, just how strong must that guy be for Kaede, who they knew as someone strong, to kneel in his presence? and Kaede being respectful? what kind of bullshit is that?

"Recently you seem to be so annoying Kaede, have you lost your mind?" Rimuru asked in a mocking tone
"Sigh... I'm just tired... I have followed every single one of your orders to the smallest detail, but... why do you keep delaying what you promised me? Kaede asked, raising her voice a bit
"Are you... doubting me?" Rimuru asked with a frown
Kaede took a step back as soon as he said that, but she seemingly took courage and answered
"Actually, yes... you have delayed it for years... and I have never seen you bringing anyone back from the dead... I want to believe in you... but I can't help but doubt" Kaede explained
"I see..." Rimuru nodded his head, but something about his tone felt... off

"Gak"
Rimuru suddenly appeared in front of Kaede and held her by the throat
"Let me tell you a secret then..." Rimuru said, and then whispered something into Kaede's ears, making her look stunned at him, giving up resisting for a second
"I-It can't be..." She said
Rimuru smirked, dropped her to the ground, and pointed a finger at her head
"Anyway, You served your purpose I guess" He said as chakra gathered in his fingertip
"YOU! STOP THAT!" Naruto jumped out of his bush in anger, he put some pieces together and wanted to help Kaede
Luna wanted to facepalm so much, but she couldn't, since the enemy knew she was there as well, she might as well help Naruto
She jumped next to Naruto and asked
"So, what's the plan?"
"We'll beat him up!" Naruto exclaimed, flickering his hand, making his staff appear
Once again, Luna wanted to facepalm, but before she could even think of it, Rimuru said
"Beat me up?
beat ME up?
haha... hahaha" He laughed a bit
"Shit! RUN" Kaede recovered her sense and screamed to Naruto, but it wasn't possible
*Slam*
Rimuru appeared behind Naruto, his hand grabbed Naruto's head and smashed it on the ground violently
"KNOW YOUR FUCKING PLACE!" Rimuru screamed, again creating a ton of pressure using his chakra
"I have been the strongest for a while, so when you are in my presence, insects like you should just KNEEL" As he said that, he increased the pressure tremendously, making both Kaede and Luna kneel, or else they would fall face-first to the ground
"Shit... Stop that... SUSANOO!" Kaede screamed, making a black skeleton chakra construct appear around her, dissipating most of the pressure
So far, I would say her act is pretty convincing
"Fuck, that's... WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE TO MAKE ME KNEEL?... bad..." Luna said, but her second personality took over for the first time since she was born, proving that it was indeed capable of doing it, it just never wanted to
Rimuru looked at this from afar, with wide eyes
"No freaking way... so that's why the Kurama clan is so freaking weird..." He muttered
And yes, the one with Kaede was a clone, obviously, Rimuru wouldn't act like that otherwise

Naruto was slightly surprised by that, but Rimuru's head turned into water, he assumed it was a water clone, and began to look around
But before he could find anything, the exploded head gathered together and turned back into Rimuru's head, and he kicked Naruto in the chin
Naruto was barely able to react, but he blocked it with his staff
But Rimuru's leg bent into an impossible angle, as if he didn't have bones, and hit Naruto
"Fire style: Great fireball!" Kaede screamed as a massive fireball made its way towards Rimuru, who just looked at it, uninterested
His eyes turned into a deep blue, and they seemed to be deeper the longer you looked into them, and the fireball just... disappeared
Ignoring that, Naruto rushed at Rimuru again, but this time Rimuru waved his hand from above to the ground
Naruto held his arms to block the attack, but it never came, when he looked he only noticed that Luna started to fall at very high speed, so he caught her
"Nice catch" He heard Rimuru's voice from behind him, but before he could react, he was knocked unconscious

"Aaargh, I am so stupid!"
