Jonathan Powell is quite a capable agent. In the Entertainment Circle, some jokingly call him a monkey, not because he is as nimble as a monkey, but because he has a pair of eyes with the same keen perception as a monkey.

Those favored by him have done remarkably well in the entertainment industry. Given his experience, he generally does not accept newcomers. The reason he took Matilda Ferguson under his wing has nothing to do with her abilities, but rather, his relationship with George Morris.

His acquaintance with George Morris began by chance. In any case, he owed George a favor. When George proposed to have him manage Matilda, he naturally accepted. However, from then on, his debt of gratitude to George was considered paid off.
