Constitutions (This part isn't as straightforward as the previous categories, so I didn't want to put it down until necessary. But as, in the latest chapters, we're starting to deal with them in deeper details, I guess it's time to jump in):
—They fall into four categories (Flesh, Organs, Bones and Blood)—
Typically, Humans and Mysterious Beasts can only have one of these. Some rare cases have two, and a few exceptional individuals present the whole package.
Flesh: Blood aside, the most common type, and for that reason they're broadly referred to as physiques. Arguably the weakest, the benefits of flesh-type constitutions vary from cultivation-related perks to battle-power growth. However, while flesh-type constitutions can cover several aspects, their boosts on average can't compete with the other types. Xinzi & Chun Xu's Harmonious Duality Physique falls into this category. The Yan Spirit clan's Burning Spear Physique (mentioned but not displayed yet) is another example.
Organs: The most unusual type. They typically don't affect cultivation quality or speed—instead providing a broad range of miscellaneous abilities that can not only enhance the cultivator's survival skills but also pair with their various arts to boost their battle-power.
Bones: The most overpowered type. Not only do bone-type constitutions provide by far the most overwhelming battle perks, but they can also resonate with the Grand Dao to enhance the owner's Dao Comprehension. On top of that, they offer miraculous effects in certain cultivation realms. Xinzi's Heaven-Trampling Dao Bone is the first example.
Blood: The most desired type—also the most unpredictable one. Unlike the previous three types, unique bloodlines can be inherited by descendants, either directly or through an atavism—making them more valuable to clans than other constitutions. They cover about every aspect of the cultivation world, and unless we discuss them individually, we can't really establish rules for them. All Mysterious Beast bloodlines, Dong Ling's Holy Beast Blood (will play a bigger role later on), Xinzi's Divineline (to a certain degree), the Immemorial Blood Gu, and many others, will fall here.
