the teen found himself having a headache and look around to see himself on the ground, he touchs his head and found some blood...

the young man stood up and checked his body and look to found that he is not in street which doesn't make sense because he was on his way to the book store.
'maybe somebody found me and put me in hospital room or something?'
the teenager checks his pockets to see if something was stolen and come to surprise to see that he has a wallet that is not..his.
'whose wallet is this?' the boy wondered
he opens it and found some money with different currency then the one he usually use.
'hmm odd I don't remember having this kind of money with me...or this wallet in that matter'
he also found an unknown ID with different languages , he opens it and stare at it..
'hmm who is this clown?..sasaki renji... age: 17
birthday : 6/9.. occupation : student ..wait..why I can read this language?!...this language.. it's japanese!'.
the boy look at the ID profile with big eyes of shock..how can he understand japanese...he never officially learned it, I mean yeah he knows some bits here and there from the huge amount of anime he watched but it was never a full course.
'this getting weirder and weirder by the minute..ugh my head hurts'.
'ok..first let's clean my head from the blood and take bath'.
he search around the room he is in and found a bathroom he enters it and he cleans his face which was cover in blood.. after cleaning his face and looks at the mirror to check if there's any blood left...he froze at his reflection..

what really surprised and shocked the teen that this young man face was exactly the same face on the ID..
'why I have a different face..not that I complaining...I wish to kiss my self if I was into me' the teen creepily and shamelessly though.
then he took the rest of his close and saw his reflection..'hmm..ok this definitely not my body..at first I thought I had a plastic surgery or something but this sells it, this body is thin and has some muscles but not much.. I need to work out' he thought
then he looks at down and gasps 'ohh...well looks like this new body has it's perks...my little brother here is..to say the least impressive'.
the teenager then tooks a bath and changed and sit on the bad that's was in the room and begin to think about his situation.
'uhh..I wish I have my memories about this body' and as if his words were a trigger his decreased headache returns strongly.
"ARGHH!!" he screams and starts to pant

after a few minutes he recovers his breathing
'well that was convenient..and painful..so I am really this boy..sasaki renji' renji saying in his mind
