The funny yet unfortunate thing about weekends is that waiting for it feels like forever and then in just a blink, it already passes by. Lorelei could not help but wish to have a few more days to relax. All she could do is convince herself that hell week will be over soon and she could finally rest the hell out of her right after. She already had an itinerary for her upcoming rest days but of course, it will only stay as a "plan" if she could not get through her nearing midterms.

Lorelei was all ears as she was listening to their history professor give his final instructions for their midterm requirements. Luckily, he did not prepare an exam for them. Instead, he only asked them to submit the first tranche of their term paper so that he could check each of their topics and their flow.

Her eyes lit up as she saw the professor slowly arranging his stuff on top of the podium, preparing to end the class.
