"How could you choose this man as your vessel? He is nowhere pure nor innocent. He is just a regular human, and I sense that he has had sex before."

The white fox was silent for a moment before replying, "He becomes my vessel, not through traditional method. I chose him because I have a promise to a man a few years prior."

"A promise?" Larc Andersen never expected the legendary fox spirit to be tied down with a promise. That man must've been such a powerful entity to be able to chain the fox spirit.

"It's a promise to protect him, Cha Junshik, as my new vessel. I don't want to talk about it with a deceiver like you. Leave now before your body turns into ashes."

The white spirit released the bind that he put on Larc Andersen's body. Larc Andersen could move once more. He gritted his teeth because running away meant he failed the mission given by Lady Laura Lovena. 

But if he wanted to persevere in his life, he had no other choice.
