There was a lot to do, and we were only allowing ourselves a week to do it all. Just six days and my life would be uprooted once again. And there was a lot to do in that time.

We had to collect supplies to last us for a while. Food, clothes, firewood, and so much more. For a little while, until the others showed up to move with us, it would be just me, Nolan, and our staff. No one else. And honestly, I was happy about that. It would be peaceful.

My staff came to me the morning after I was made an Empress. It was time for me to explain it all to them. They were excited about the future and what it held for Adaiah. And all of them, even the newest recruits from Ursool, chose to move with us. They would bring their families and start their new lives.
