"What are you doing, Addie?" Nolan asked after I stopped Holmes from moving forward. "He must face the consequences for his actions. He needs to be punished."

"I know that, Nolan." I snapped at him and spared him a quick and angry glare. "But something isn't right here." I stepped closer to the barrier. Closer to Holmes.

"What are you talking about?" Holmes was angry as well. He didn't like that I stopped him from executing the traitor. 

"Look at him. He's up to something. I don't know what it is yet, but I have a feeling that something is going to happen if you step in there and execute him. Something that will affect him, Holmes. He's planning on it, hoping that you go in there and kill him personally."
