**ADDIE'S POV**

It felt like it was too soon for it, but before I knew it, the second week of classes was starting. Yes, I knew that time had passed, I remembered each and every day that had come and gone, but it also felt like a blur. When I woke up on Merchants Day, the second week of the term, I almost felt overwhelmed.

I wasn't nervous or scared though. Overwhelmed was not the same as scared or worried about things. It just meant that there was a lot heaped onto me, and I was still wondering how I was going to make it out of this situation. Not that I wanted to escape or anything.

Breakfast was done, the morning staff meeting was finished, and I had nailed my Magical Combat class for the morning. We had all been set a task with a new combat spell, and only four of us managed to get it done before the class was done.
