***ADDIE'S POV**

The next day, breakfast was the same as it had been. Our large table that was filled with all of my new friends as we enjoyed the food and talked about our first week at school and the lessons that we would be taking from here on out. It was all pleasant and enjoyable. A perfect start to the day.

Normally, we wouldn't have classes on the fifth day of the week, The Day of the King, not unless it was something that was planned in advance. Well, today was one of those days that we would be having those classes. The occasional extra class would be held for both of the combat classes and, because I was taking both of those classes, I was able to attend them on this day.

In truth, I was happy to be having something to do today. If I didn't have this, I would be forced to figure something else out at the moment. And with all the rumors that were currently going around the school about me, I did not want to have to spend idle time with some of my fellow scholars.
