**ADDIE'S POV**
While Nolan and I sat across from Lord Collie, we told him what reason I had to be visiting the villages of the country. We explained what my future mission would entail, and why it was that I needed to understand our people more. He was nodding and agreeing with us long before the talk was over.
"I am sorry that we nearly stood in your way." He was looking so forlorn after hearing what had happened. "I will make sure that I set the record straight. I will tell my people the truth, and I will send messengers ahead of you. I suggest that you stay here for the evening, to allow time for my men to deliver the messages to the next closest villages. I do not want you facing the same issue when you arrive to see them."
"I appreciate that." I told him earnestly. "I wouldn't like to have any more trouble on our travels."
"Understandable." He nodded at me. "If you would like to join me, I do believe that I am ready for some lunch."
