章節 199: How The Spell Was Crafted

**ADDIE'S POV**

As Nolan and I made our way back to the Atelier, I couldn't stop grinning. My spell, the first spell that I ever created on my own, was a complete success. It had done everything that it needed to do. It was able to hide someone in plain sight if that person meant to do them harm. Or at least, I thought that it meant that Lord Hunter wanted to harm me. And if that were truly the case, then I needed to be careful when he was around me. He might let his temper get the best of him one day.

Still, I had this spell that I could use. If he was ever after me, then I could just cast it on myself and make sure that I would be safe from him. And if he did ever attack me, he would just have the spell rebound off of me and go after him. And when it did try to strike him, it would be stronger than when he sent it to attack me. That was the beauty of pouring so much mana into this spell. It made it that much better at protecting the ones that I loved.
