**NOLAN'S POV**

I had offered to help Addie to her seat, but Juliana seemed to decide against that. Had they found out how rude I had been to her yesterday? Did she tell them that I had pried into her life or something? Were they mad at me now or something?

That couldn't be it though. I mean, Juliana had me get Addie from the top of the stairs when she arrived. That meant that they didn't think that I had done anything wrong. Right? But, well, what if she told them about it while they were introducing her to people and they were just now mad at me?

No, I doubted that. It was probably just that Juliana wanted to have Addie as a friend. She was trying to keep her close or something like that. I could appreciate that, it would be good for both of them. I really do think that if Addie had Juliana as a friend, life would be easier for her.
