章節 51: Going Shopping

Ever since Boberre kissed me, I have been living in fear. I had literally been walking on eggshells every time that I was around him. I didn't want to do anything to set him off. He was a little angry at having been turned down and made to wait, so I didn't want to incur his wrath. Aside from that, I didn't want to inadvertently make him want me even more.

I don't even know why he wanted me in the first place. I wasn't as pretty or beautiful as Catherine or Mom. They were the true beauties of our family. Next to them, I was definitely plain looking. So, what about me was it that turned him on? That made him want me in the first place? If I knew that, then I could somehow make him stop wanting me.

I didn't know what it was though, so it was no use. All I could do was try and avoid his lust and his wrath. Those were the only options that I had at the moment. And I was just glad that it seemed to be working out a little bit. He hadn't grabbed me since that day.
