In the bizarre dream that always left her confused waking up. She felt like she was getting used to this weird dream world. The woman's body that she had occupied as always spoke even when Lyra didn't, "Let me go, you snake!"

"That's not going to happen" answered the snake that looked just like Blake. Was someone playing a cruel game with her right now? Why did this man look like her Blake? Lyra couldn't even ask this to the one in front of her because the body she was in was not hers in the first place. She could not move or talk as the only thing she could do was think inside her mind and nothing else. And on the other side, Rosalie did her own thing as though Lyra was not present.
