"No, mom, I called you to say we won't be able to have dinner with you guys. You have to go by yourself," both Alex and Lucas sitting in his arms were surprised. 

Adrian looks at the person sitting on his lap all confused. To help the little fellow understand what was going on Adrian just smirk at him and when he saw the little man's eyes go wide he chuckled.

Hearing Adrian chuckle caused Lucas's heart to beat quickly, he could see what was going on.

"Au... mmm, umm..," He wanted to speak up and deny it when he felt a warm palm cover up his mouth and stop him from speaking.

"Mom, Lucas is still sleepy but considering our dinner plan he insist on accompanying you guys when he couldn't even open his eyes properly. My heartache to see him like this. Mom, can we move our plan to tomorrow's breakfast please," Adrian spoke softly as if he was afraid to wake someone.
