I gathered the dead bodies of my soldiers died at the west another reason for making us delayed at returning back to the empire together with my remaining soldiers recovering from their wounds from our last battle 30,000 transporting deaths from there to here, I'm just glad when my father died we already gathered and buried half of our lost at the Hills of Lamentation if not my remaining soldiers would be transporting our whole dead army, and a couple of hours we will arrive at the capital according to our report my Mother and priestess Jare had returned to the empire 2 weeks after my victory at the west I want to see my Mother and priestess Jare once again.
" Emperor Armaros the people seems celebrating your victory until now its been a month now since it passed." Sir. Lucian said riding his black pegasu I bet his tired of flying togehte with his beast a journey pulling, raisng, and gathering our lost brethren its truly exhausting.
" Sir. Lucian our victory not mine, and can you still continue traveling we can rest for an hour here before going to the capital and I believe our companions would like a rest too." I suggest but Sir.Lucian shakes his head glancing at our companions transporting their dead brethren.
" We can't rest for now Emperor Armaros our soldiers are desiring to see their family as possible and the deads needs to be buried faster, so there will be no more regrets to jolds for their deaths and I believe their families, friends, and partners are waiting for them." Sir. Lucian said our companions talking with each other about how their loves would be now after our victory at the west and how can they face their families when they arrive.
" Sir. Lucian I believe your love Priestess Jare and my partner Amaris is waiting for you too." I said riding my Sun Lion King pulling a cart of hundreds of dead bodies and above my Phoenix King carrying another hundred of them.
" I miss both of them Emperor Armaros and your Mother Amare is waiting for you too together with Lady Cathrinia and your child inside her." Sir. Lucian said pulling a cart filled with hundreds of dead Hereans his transporting his own family I tried to let the others do it but, he accepted it by himslef transporting all the remaining dead bodies of Hereans at the west whike the other Hereans transports the others like my own family members to the Novuns, family members of all the nobles who fought with me to the west, and even the common people was being transport by them carefully they're transporting a lot of them than the nobles & royals.
" My father would be releived now Sir. Lucian we have finally won agaisnt the Delvean Empire, also another Eclorthian Invasion is coming we only have a month of peace then face another year of invasion." I stated glancing my soldiers I want to ask can they still fight the Eclorthian? I know we been doong this every 5 years of Eclorst passed until 1 year of Eclorth Invasion my people fight until the end yet how can we all fight endlessly.
" Don't worry Emperor Armaros its been 5 years now since the last Eclrothian Invasion we prepared a lot of things for coountering them and my son Amaris would discuss a plan with all of us, I believe it would be a great advantage to us if all the time we left to Amaris governing the enitre empire by himself truly bears fruit to a great future." Sir. Lucian stated I believe Amaris have a great plan for the upcoming Invasion we been discussing since our childhood days about counter masure of the Eclorthian Invasions to us I still remember those days.
" Amaris is a great leader we can see it Sir. Lucian just turning you sight around you can see proof of his successful leadership and Sir. Lucian about me and Amaris..." I said but Sir.Lucian sighs as cutting my words.
" Please Emperor Armaros let us not discuss your relationship with my son we're on the Acun Empire now and news about your act with my son has been a rumor lately it was already settle but, we still need to be sure you know how the people truly deceived with both of your prefect act I don't want that to be destroyed me and your father Cadian works a lot together for this unity." Sir. Lucian said I forgot we're already back at the empire our home I know I despise the idea Amaris being my empress but I can see the results of our act it truly bear fruit from now and until I find a way I can cancel or stop our relationship maybe years or decade or more would be passing by before that.
" Thank you for reminding me Sir. Lucian and please can we have a conversation after this." I glance at him and he nodes his as an answer.
" We're near now to the capital Emperor Armaros." Sir. Lucian reported and I can see the capital from here I notice my soldiers smiles and some have tears in their eyes we're truly back.
" My soldiers we have finally return back to our home! let us go and meet our families, our friends, and our partners that we miss so much." I cheered my soldiers and our body seems lighten moving ahead faster until we reach the capital.
After an hour passed we had arrived at the gates where our people are waiting for us and Amaris I can see him wearing a long dress dyed on blue adorned with silvering decorations his hair braided from the side and the rest reaching below his shoulder and a crown on his head, also on his back I can see Sir. Mylon, Prince Dyren, Cap. Myera its my first time seeing her, to his left I see Archsage Fistes, and on his right Lady Cathrinia was standing next to her accompanied by Hereans Maids.
Looking around the people waiting for us outside I notice many influential people from the rulers to the people of Acun Empire I can see some eyes, ears, and mouth waiting for me to Amaris I hate this situation and why could this citizens just be citizens and not some gossipers & schemers if they're not like that I would not agreed with the proposal of me and Amaris, but I have no choice or chance to disagree for the sake of the empire unity I would accept any possible solutions from anyone.
I can see Priestess Jare waving her hands to me together with mother they'te far away from Amaris and I notice Sir. Lucian is going to theur direction I notice some people waiting for us shock, crying, and cheering our arrival the deads we're transporting and the living we're still had and I'm near at Amaris position I stopped my beasts then climb down from its back taking out my helm moving ahead being closer to Amaris, I kiss him our lips exchanging each other warm breath and I can hear his breathing even mine together I notice the people are glancing at us and I place my hands on his cheeks kissing him deeply and after a minute of kissing we catch our breath and I rubbed his cheek smiling and Amaris tilt his head to my hand holding it with his hand too and kiss its palm smiling back at me.
" I miss you Amaris, thank you for waiting for me and I love you my Sun." I said and kissing his other hand the murmurs of the crowds are getting louder.
" I miss you too Armaros, I'm been waiting for you to come back and thank you for fulfilling your promise you truly return back to us, my Sun I love you too." Amaris respond and I give him a cuddle kissing his forehead while holding each other hands.
" I love you more my Sun Amaris and I'm back let us enjoy our time together." I said and Amaris giggles then look to my eyes.
" I love you so much my Sun Armaros let us be happy with everyone at the Empire as a perfect couple." Amaris said and cuddle him deeper kissing him again at the lips.
" Yeah let us be happy with everyone My empress." I remarked and together we look at the others and the crowds cgeers so loud clapping their hands, enjoying their sight between me and Amaris.
I still can believed we can deceived them like this so easily or maybe our acting is just so perfect.
