章節 173: Reunion

Four people sat surrounding a log fire, all beaten up, blood smeared all over their bodies, and clothes torn. It wouldn't be wrong to say, they went through life and death not long ago, and one of their numbers fell there. 

"I can't believe you," Scarlett shouted at Leroy. "I told you to take care of the rear, yet you can't even do that. I almost died again after that." 

In reply, Leroy remained on his spot, though he lifted his head to give it a look. "Have you?" 

"Have you what?" Scarlett shouted, motioning her arm indignantly. 

"Died?" 

Scarlett clenched her jaw and looked toward Ileana. Their fight ended with only one casualty, Mopher dying to save his ladyship. Eventually, they had to flee from the abominations.
