I pushed up and cast my eyes around my environment, still candlelit and still slightly rosy in aroma. I saw dark brick walls all around, a leather swing just like the one I’d seen in my saved videos, a tall half-wall with holes for what I assumed was for sex. There was also a sink with a toilet next to it, a shower—if that was what that stall-looking object was—and a mini fridge. Finally, a portable heater stood near the bed. There reallywasn’t much else here. Why had he taken me here, though? Then again, I’d chosen to go.

Nicholas cleared his throat, his gaze on me now. “How open-minded are you?”

I had to think for a minute. I was pretty open, I thought. I watched some kinky stuff online and read things here and there. “I’m not a prude, if that’s what you mean.”

“That’s a start. I figured as much from the brief chat we once had online.”
