She didn't know Yu Fei personally but she had heard a lot about him from her husbands. Yu Fei was the only mer son of Second Grandaunt Yu. He was a year younger than Yu Dong and the apple of the eye of the entire family. 

Even though Second Grandaunt Yu's family did not have a lot of money in their hands, they treated Yu Fei really well. He was among a few mers in the village who were taught how to read and write by his sisters as he could not be admitted to the school. 

Because he was pretty and educated he soon won the heart of a woman in another village named Xiao Chuxia. The two of them married after Xiao Chuxia brought a matchmaker to the Second Grandaunt Yu's family.
