Alexandra stumbled back not able to bear the brunt of the words Tubby threw at her. Her eyes became wide and her hand went to her heart because she found it hard to breathe.

"It might be hard to face it, Lexa," Maximus' voice turned soft probably because he could see her face turning pale. "I know. It is hard for me too. But we have to address it. You went and killed yourself without settling it with him because you couldn't get over him and…"

His voice was soft. His eyes were mellow. He reached out his hand to hold her. If not for all these behaviors, Alexandra would have believed that this is not her Tubby.

It must be this place, she thought. It is this place that makes them this way. 

The last time she was here, Luke accused her of having a secret relationship with Tubby, and this time Tubby accuses her of still being in love with Luke.
