In the end, we agreed to talk at his house. Apparently, he just got back from a business trip and was currently taking a break at home. He offered to meet up outside, but how could I bear to disturb his rest? So I told him there was no need to step outside, and I would go to his house instead. Alex concurred delightedly.

I was wondering if I should bring something later when I saw Kelly approaching me. She had this grim look on her face. It reminded me somewhat of Mr. Hudson's face when he called me for 'interrogation'.

"Mr. Gabrielle wants you to meet her at the teacher's office." 

I simply nodded my head and stood up, fully intending to use this chance to the utmost. I was about to walk away when Kelly called me with a barely audible soft voice.
