"Ohh sweet mother of Mary, what the fuck is this?!"
No words other than Esmonds unfiltered cursing could describe the deep stench of human excrement in the air.
Esmond was about to barf before he heard Carter's voice in his head.
'Check you inventory dickhead!
I left you a mask…'
Esmond didn't wait any longer and searched through his inventory to find the mask.
It was a half face mask that covered from the bridge of his nose and down to his chin.
While it was coloured black, it had some colour to match up with Esmonds white hair, silvery and ruby red eyes.
Carter had designed it with air filtration and biohazard control, so it was able to clear up the awful smell that was destroying his senses earlier.

Esmond changed into his armour that needed to be activated before it became a gel like substance, spreading all over Esmonds body before changing into a solid state with the medieval appearance.
His outfit was similar in design to what the Assassin Brotherhood wore, however with some slight modifications to make him seem like a rogue knight instead, with minimal armour plating.
There was also a sword and daggers made for him from a mixture of phrik – ogryx – tungsten alloy that made them unbelievably indestructible and capable of slicing through any metal which might be on hand of any combatants he would come across shortly.
'Suggest you get moving asshole, that 'little' transport group shielding the 'Piece of Eden' is far more dangerous than I expected…'
Carter couldn't hide his astonishment witnessing the small fleet of Templar Knights and Assassins travelling together.
Hiding among the small alleyways, Esmond dressed in his dark hooded tunic and strapped with his weapons, started to head for the city gates out of Jerusalem.
Ask he started to move from the alleyway, Esmond summoned Rath, the Peregrine Falcon, and sent him into the air.

'If we're gonna do things… then let's do it right…'
Esmond wanted as much realism right now, therefore calling Rath was the perfect idea as he connected with him so he could use Raths vision to search for the fleet guarding the Piece of Eden.
There were 4 carriages, each surrounded by four knights on horseback.
In between the carriages, a small group of assassins were position on horseback, some even doubling up, with one taking on the role of bowmen.
Seeing the line-up, Esmond broke away from his connection with Rath for now and asked Carter to organise him a steed from one within the space.
Carter had been collecting all sorts of items for the space, so he had some horses ready for Esmond, especially a certain curious horse that went searching too far.
Andalusian was a Spanish purebred that had a reputation for agility, stamina, speed, and elegance that saw them as valued horses for war.
The Andalusian horse Carter chose for Esmond had wondered off from the pack at one time and found the Universal Essence Spring well before Esmond went over to visit.
At first it munched on the luscious garden of plants, bushes, trees, and other plant life that contained Universal Essence.
The horse began to feel the painful sensation of his body going through an evolutionary change, but it didn't care as the food was just too damn tasty.
Only once Carter learnt one of the horses were missing and went searching, did he find a hulking Andalusian pearl white horse with a silky, long flowing mane that dazzled like the spring.
When it was examined by Carter, he learnt it became a beast known as Noble Andalusian Flashbred.
A new species introduced to the space because of this one unique horse, the Noble Andalusian Flashbred could reach speed levels of 110 kilometres per hour at mid-level galloping speeds.
At its fastest, it could reach up to 200 kilometres per hour, named Flashbred for how it would look as they went past, flashing by with a noble aura.
Because it wasn't tamed but kept safe within the space, Carter could control him to an extent, but the Noble Andalusian Flashbred wouldn't always listen.
Carter believed it to be a perfect time to test out the capabilities of Esmonds Taming ability, however he didn't get the satisfaction he was searching for.

"… I'll name you Ace…" Esmond said as he saw the 6'4 inches tall Noble Andalusian Flashbred which instinctively walked over to Esmond and let him touch his mane, much to Carter's shock.
He never got as close to the Noble Andalusian Flashbred as Esmond had so, he felt a little jealous, but it was still hard to watch the Noble Andalusian Flashbred bow down to Esmond so subserviently for him to jump onto his back.
That wasn't all, because Carter had thought about the size of Ace and created an appropriate armour, made with nano and biotech to help lighten the weight and increase durability, that Ace refused to wear but Esmond was able to get him to wear it without fuss.
A small circular badge was placed on Aces back before it turned into a gem form and spread all across Aces body, even with Esmond seated on him, it still got under his butt and created a proper seat for him and some reigns for him hold onto.

"Let's ride Ace...!"
"NEIGH!!!"
Ace striked out with his front feet, attracting the attention of all people near the city gates, who were already astonished at the sheer magnificence and beauty of Ace.
Before they could blink their eyes, Ace and Esmond were gone from their sights as they raced down the trail in search of the large fleet.
Esmond had already wasted 2 or so minutes and with just under 11 minutes left, he pushed Ace to make up the time that'd been wasted already.
It only took a couple dozen second before they caught sight of the sizeable fleet before them, running the small window Esmond had to enjoy the wind rushing through the air and into his face, thankfully the mask shielded against the wind and his sturdy hood which was putting up a fight against the rushing winds.

As the two got closer, the assassins at the back of the convoy noticed Esmond and Ace, immediately warning those ahead that someone was coming to attack but also preparing the bowmen to take aim and shoot.
Esmond wasn't too concerned about their arrows at first, summoning a small shield with his armours help as it created a small shield for him to hold with the nanotech.
However, as the arrow made contact with the small shield as the arrow came flying towards his head, Esmond felt the weight behind the arrow and figured out the bowmen's strength as well as materials had somewhat improved as well.
Despite knowing this, Esmond went full speed ahead, unsheathing his sword to hold in his left hand and the small circular shield in the right.
As the next rain of several arrows came at Esmond, he asked Ace to speed up and to the side, before aiming to reach beside the assassins for his blade to do the rest of the talking.
With Carter on standby to catch everything, Esmond slicing through the first assassins, aiming for their backs for those riders without a bowman and those who had one were sliced straight through the gut.
Esmond at his point was standing on Aces back, with the horses' armour helping steady his balance, though it wasn't necessarily needed, Esmond appreciated it.
Carter was catching the killed assassins with the drones and bringing them straight into the space to be stripped down, before being cremated by the Star.
As Ace neared the first carriage within the convoy, he made quick work of the carriage wheels, breaking them with his sword, before leaving them behind as he moved onto his next prey.
Within the next couple of minutes, Esmond cut through the Templar Knights as they tried to shield themselves against his blade that cut through their metal like a hot knife slicing through butter.
The Knights and Assassins found it impossible to fight against Esmond as their bows wouldn't penetrate his armour, nor the horses when they tried that as well.
In the end they sent the last carriage away as fast as possible, with the rest of the warriors planning to distract Esmond.
Unfortunately, he was wearing a mask that covered his maniacal smile, elated the fools had decided to hand their lives over to him so easily.
At least it was a challenge while he was riding alongside them, but now, it was just too easy…
Esmond activated his Lifeforce Control ability, sensing the Rian around him, he pulled on the air around the 9 assassins and 8 Templar knights trying to hold him.
When he pulled on the air, they were all lifted from their steeds before being dragged to Esmond side, floating through the air.
With Lifeforce Control activated, Esmond manipulated the air around them to disappear, as the knights and assassins began to suffocate before he twisted their necks to killed them quickly.
A largely satisfied smile would have been seen under the mask, with Esmond thrilled over his ability to behave like a jedi.
There was much still to test, but whatever he had done till now was more than exciting in his mind.

Fear me bitches!"
"NEIGH!!!"
Ace followed suit and yelled proudly along with his master, with the two in sync, they left to chase down those that go away.
6 or so minutes remained and so far, Carter was doing a solid job cleaning up after Esmond, therefore he pushed ahead with Ace, determined to retrieve the Piece of Eden.
It wasn't long before Esmond found the last of the Knights and Assassins, all with terrified expressions across their faces as they knew it would be unlikely, they would survive.
They had looks of utter defeat as their eyes watched the dark sword slice through their bodies and armour without any problems.
Everyone tried their best to harm Esmond or Ace, but they failed continuously, with only the driver of the last carriage left to oppose him.
The young knight was ready to die fighting, but he needed to deliver the Piece of Eden first.
He tried to cut away the carriage from the horses, before jumping from the driver seat but as he went to leap onto one of the horses, he felt his body go cold as something wet rushed down from his shoulder to his chest.
Before he could check to see what, it was, he felt something rush past his neck just as the light started to leave his eyes.
Crashing into the ground before being trampled over by the loose carriage, Carter used the drones to pick up the headless body before throwing everything into the space, undressing the knight for his attire.
As that was happening, Esmond was notified the mission was complete, so he sent Ace back before he clicked accept and returned to the lounge room in the cabin, inspecting what his rewards meant for him and the future.
