章節 49: Chapter 45 - Preparations
After the match, Sachiko decided to go back to her room in Heavens Arena for a break.
'Now that my business in Heavens Arena is pretty much over for now, where should I go?' Sachiko thought. Staying here was a no go, not only because it was boring but also that clown, Hisoka, would find a way to pester her now that he saw one of her nen abilities.
So, Sachiko eventually decided to head to Yorknew city for a while and then only return to Heavens Arena for the match with Hisoka.
Sachiko figured she could make some more money and do some preparations for the Yorknew arc especially since she knew Phantom troupe would be there and there would be intense battles going on at the auction.
Once she got to Yorknew city, Sachiko decided to rent a mansion there instead of buying one. With all those fights and raids that would go on in the city, Sachiko felt that buying a house there was just foolish. Even if she had a few billion now, it didn't mean she wanted to burn it all for nothing. Besides, having a few billion wasn't even that much compared to some tycoons.
With a sigh, Sachiko then went to an internet cafe and looked through Hunter website to confirm some of her knowledge about canon and hunter information. Although she had to pay a few hundred millions, Sachiko didn't really mind as the information she confirmed were worth more than that if she could use it well.
For example, she confirmed her knowledge about auction dates, information of some brokers and agencies like the one Kurapika went to for mafia job, treasure hunt informations, etc so she could use them to get some black market jobs to make quick cash or plan a heist on an auction, not that she was keen on being seen as an auction robber but still it was some useful information.
And since she was more or less playing the role of a mysterious person who had a lot of information on her hands, she figured it was fine to spend some money for information herself as well.
After sorting out the information, Sachiko decided to go back to her rented mansion. Since she had already spent a little more than a month, she had less than 60 days before the fight with Hisoka and, the date she agreed to meet with Kurapika and Leorio was almost the same date as the fight. Sachiko figured she'd meet up whoever got to Yorknew city early first and tell them she'd meet up with the group later. As for Killua and Gon coming to see her match, Sachiko wasn't sure if they could make it.
As she just got back to her mansion, she got a phone call from Killua's number.

"Killua, is there anyone who knows about games and the net?" Gon asked after the series of attempts to find the Greed Island game had failed. He had just finished listening to Ging's audio tape and was left with the clue "Greed Island Game", so naturally, he and Killua were trying to find the game.
Killua had tried looking for any stores that sold the game, and when he found none, he searched the internet and even called to see if there were any plans to produce more copies. But, to their disappointment, there had been none. Gon then posted on the internet about wanting the game and waited for offers, but again, too many offers came and they had no way of filtering them or find out the authenticity of the items.
Killua sighed, "I actually know one if you're talking about games and the net. They might even have a copy but I don't really want to talk to that person."
"Oh.." Gon looked a bit down at that.
Killua then thought for a while and said, "Actually, if we're talking about information, I know another person."
"Another person?" Gon asked.
"Yeah, you also know her." Killua replied, "It's eyepatch lady."
"Wait, Sachiko san?!"
Killua nodded at Gon's surprise, "Yeah, she told me to contact her if I need anything including information. Since she seems to know a lot of stuff, let's just call her first."
"That's a good idea." Gon nodded.
So, Killua quickly called Sachiko's number.
"Oh hey, my favorite brother, Killua!" Sachiko answered the phone. "What're you up to?"
"I'm at Gon's house on Whale Island. Gon just got an audio tape of his father and well, we got a clue." Killua said.
"Oh, that's interesting. Tell me more." Sachiko replied on the phone.
"Well, the clue is a game called Greed Island. We tried looking for it but apparently, it's out of stock now and we can't find any way to get it." Killua said, "Do you know where we can find the game?"
"Yes, of course I do!" Sachiko chuckled, "But as I said, I'm charging you for the information. You know, professionalism."
Killua made a face when he heard the word "professionalism " out of her mouth and Gon had a curious look on his face as Killua and Sachiko's conversation went on.
"You don't look one bit professional but fine, what do you want?" Killua asked.
"Well, first, I want to know how you got the clue about Greed Island. I was going to say money but that's boring at this point and you two are obviously poorer than me." Sachiko replied.
"We have a few hundred millions!" Killua defended himself.
"Then, why're you guys not paying me back?!" Sachiko asked in indignation. Well, Killua knew it was poor acting on her part.
"Are we seriously going to do this?" Killua sighed, "Can we focus on the issue?"
"Fine, fine. Tell me how you got the clue about Greed Island first." Sachiko said.
"We got it from the box Ging left for Gon. There was an audio tape, a memory card and a ring. We put the memory card in Joy Station console and saw that only Greed Island game is saved on that memory card." Killua replied. Since Sachiko wasn't an outsider, he didn't leave out the information about what was in the box or how they got the clue.
"So, Greed Island's memory card? Alright, I've decided. I want a copy of that card. If you and Gon are okay with that, I can give you a lead on where you can find the Greed Island game and official hunter website where you can use your hunter's license to find information yourself with a price." Sachiko said.
Killua asked Gon about the deal and then replied, "Okay, we agree. So how're you going to exchange the information?"
"Right, I'm now at Yorknew city so you guys can come here. You guys can give me the memory card that time. I'll tell you where you can find the game right now."
"Wait, right now? It's bad if you tell it on the phone!" Killua quickly said, to which Sachiko laughed it off, "Nope, it should be fine. Listen, there will be an auction in Yorknew city and Greed Island game will appear there." Sachiko said.
"Really? That's where we're supposed to meet Kurapika and Leorio." Killua said.
"I know! Crazy coincidence, right?" Sachiko said. "Anyways, call me when you guys get to Yorknew city so we can meet up."
"I thought you're fighting Hisoka at Heaven's Arena so you won't be able to make it to Yorknew city." Killua said.
"Well, I had some time left before the match schedule so I decided to drop by and wait for one of you guys. Then, I'll leave for the match and come back after the match to join the group." Sachiko explained.
"I see, in that case, we'll see you soon." Killua said.
After hanging up, Killua relayed the information about hunter website and Yorknew city auction.
"So, all we need to do is to go to Yorknew city?" Gon asked.
"And money." Killua replied, "We need billions to buy that game, Gon."
"But we only have a few hundred millions..." Gon sighed.
"I know..."

On the other hand, Sachiko was happy with the deal she made with Killua. She got the Greed Island memory card in exchange for information about the auction and decided to sell the memory card. Since she wasn't great with computers that much, she can't really use it the way computer geniuses could use the memory card but she could sell it to interested buyers online.
So, Sachiko quickly got to work. She created an online identity and named herself "Phantom". She then posted about her being an informant on her profile before making a post about selling Greed Island memory card. She even prepared a dummy location separate from her rented mansion and untraceable laptop, then other things that would ensure her safety and keep her identity hidden. Since she could use Disguise proficiently now, she would naturally use it to ensure her safety as well.
For the next couple days, Sachiko further refined her cursed techniques and nen abilities while waiting for a buyer. Then, she found one. She agreed to sell the memory card for five hundred million jenny and arranged a meeting for the exchange a week later.
After that, Sachiko decided to go to Jujutsu Kaisen world for a few days. Since she got the advanced hand combat, she didn't really have a chance to practice it with a person so she decided to ask Satoru. Because he was proficient in close combat and hand-to-hand combat, Sachiko figured learning from him and practicing with him wouldn't be too bad.

"Do you think that idiot's acting strange these days?" Maki asked her classmates, Panda and Inumaki, as she suspiciously looked at Gojo who was texting on his phone with a small smile on his face.
"Salmon." Inumaki nodded.
"Huh, really? I don't know? Isn't he always like that?" Panda replied.
"Since when do you see him all smiles while texting someone?" Maki scoffed, "That idiot's definitely up to something.."
"Maybe he's just talking to someone." Panda said, "Also, it's not really our business."
"I know that!" Maki clicked her tongue, "I just had a bad feeling when he's acting so happy. It usually means he's up to something that would make us feel miserable.."
"Good point." Panda agreed.
"Salmon." Inumaki also nodded quietly.
"Anyways, it's no use worrying about it now. Let's just train." Panda said.
"I know." Maki sighed, still eyeing at Gojo with a frown.
Soon, Gojo finished texting and put his phone away before walking to them.
"Hey, my favorite students!"
Maki rolled her eyes, "What do you want?"
"Ouch, Maki chan, you're so cold as usual." Gojo faked a cry.
"No one cares about your drama. So just tell us what you want." Maki replied.
"Again, that's mean!" Gojo replied, then he clapped his hands and said, "Anyways, I got another mission for you guys. You're going out of Tokyo but I bet that's gonna be a great learning experience for you!"
"You mean torturing experience for us?" Maki raised her eyebrows.
Gojo laughed, "Well, that depends on you. Anyways, the mission is tomorrow. Have fun!"
Maki almost swore at that guy.

Meanwhile, Sachiko was sitting on a sofa after sending a few texts to Satoru. She had just got back to Jujutsu Kaisen world and she had been trying to practice Advanced Hand-to-hand combat technique she got after winning against Kastro so that she could at least level the proficiency up to competent quickly.
That led her to texting Satoru about helping her out with some sparring and Satoru agreed to help her if she came to Tokyo and visit him so Sachiko agreed.
"I'll be there tonight." She texted back.
And her cheeks flushed a bit red when she opened Satoru's reply message with an address to a hotel.
"I was talking about the serious matters here." She messaged back.
