A cold sweat suddenly fell on Lucifer’s brow as the encroaching cloud of superpowered pheromones enveloped hir. It swam invisibly all around, but hung thick in the air like a fog in the night.

It, along with Freya’s words about ‘winner taking all’ shrouded over hir like a deadly promise.

Ze chided hirself a second time for playing their dangerous game of attraction, despite being a complete amateur at it. Especially compared to Freya, who wielded both her hormones and pheromones with seemingly lethal precision.

Or at least, ze needed to believe that, even as Freya laid down next to hir. When she started to trace her fingers on hir body did it dawn on hir just how naked the both of them were.

“You play dirty, you know that?” Lucifer said.
