I finished my undergraduate studies, AB Political Science and Bachelor of Law at San Beda College with a Latin honors as Cum Laude. As a self sufficient girl, l promise to do anything in order for me to survive. I remember when I was at the age of 15 and few days before my graduation day in my high school life when l hear the sad news. My mom suffered heart stroke and she didn't survive that time. It was truly a mixed emotions that time because as l declared as a Class Valedictorian in my high school life, l received a lot of scholarship and sponsors to pursue my college studies, and l am very much thankful to the Local Government Unit and the Association of balikbayans' committee in our locality for my allowances and to support my daily needs and for my other important necessities. I really admire my late mother because she is a tough single mom and she is my inspiration para magsumikap and she is the main reason why l decided to become a successful lawyer as of today po, ang nagniningning na sagot ni Via sa kanila.

Bumuntong hininga muna si Via, ngumiti at nagsalita: This is a critical question to ask to a certain lawyer because it takes years of time and practice for a lawyer to become an expert in their legal field. Therefore, it's essential that you find an attorney that has at least 10 to 15 years of litigation experience, particularly if you expect to go to trial. Ideally, your lawyer would have twice that amount of years practicing the law under their belt.
There are without a doubt always exceptions to the general rule, but on the whole, you'll want a veteran on your side; someone who's fought the same battle a hundred times and knows what's necessary to win. And to be honest to you sir and to all the panel of ranking committee po, in my 11 months as a licensed lawyer, may apat na kaso na po akong nahawakan and all the results where not yet final and still hoping for the satisfactory results in the court of appeals po..ang nalulungkot na sagot ni Via kay Lander. It's not just the amount of experience that matters, but the relevant experience. I admit it to myself that l am not that expert but I don't settle for a yes or no answer. I am willing to ask more details, examples, or cases that are relevant to the case. Query about outcomes, issues they faced, or what they would've done differently knowing what they know now and in line with the Department of Education, I figured it already that most of the problems here that may need some legal actions or advices are the following: bullying among teachers, parents and students, anti-cybercrime law, harassment, scandals, teenage pregnancy or teenage parenthood and l am prepare and willing to serve the people in the DepEd community if l've been given the chance ang maluwalhating pagtatapos ni Via sa kanila.
