"Beat that kid!" Thug (1) said, his voice laced with malice.

Toya, who was smiling beneath his mask, watched as the group of thugs ran towards him, their Quirks activated. Thug (4) had bright orange glowing arms, Thug (2) had a corrosive toxin coating his hands, Thug (10) was melting into a semi-transparent substance, and Thug (6) raised his hand, which glowed a deep purple.

Toya felt the sudden pull from Thug (6), but he was quick to notice that a few of the other thugs were ready to attack him. He had the ability to control flames, so he released a wave of heat and impact from his body. The thugs were thrown back, some even hitting the wall, with the exception of Thug (1) who had the ability to phase through flames.

Taking advantage of the situation, Thug (1) tried to hit Toya, but he quickly dodged the punch. Thug (1) tried again, launching a huge punch, but Toya was too quick for him, taking a step back and keeping an eye on the other thugs.

Thug (5) activated his Quirk, and blue lightning crackled around his body as he moved in a burst, launching a right hook at Toya. However, Toya raised his finger, and a wall of flame stopped Thug (5) from attacking.

While this was happening, Thug (8) and (9) launched their attacks without hitting their teammates. Thug (8) launched multiple spikes of stone from the ground by touching it, while Thug (9) launched a beam of star-like energy towards Toya.

As the fight continued, Toya noticed that one of the thugs, Thug (7), was just standing there, watching the fight. This caused him to be confused, wondering if Thug (7) had a Quirk that required him to be close or if he was gathering energy for an attack.

Toya quickly sprang into action, creating a ball of flame around his body to block the incoming attacks from Thug (8) and (9). The spike stone melted and the stardust-like energy disappeared, leaving the thugs stunned and vulnerable.

Forgetting about the other thugs, Toya flew towards the jelly man, Thug (6), and brought his hand forth, generating flames that burned him into nothingness. Thug (6) let out a terrifying scream that echoed in Toya's ears, but he knew that he had made the right choice. He used his flames to heat himself up and burn the vomit that was coming out, trying to push away any feelings of fear or doubt that were creeping up.

After seeing what Toya had done to Thug (6), the other thugs became worried. They were afraid that they had just met a newborn killer, and that a kid had casually killed another person. Toya looked at them with an intense stare, causing them to become nervous. They had met killers before, but this was the first time a kid had done this.

"I'll tell you where you can find the broker, but please don't kill us," Thug (1) said, the other thugs waiting for Toya's answer.

Toya asked, "Sure, where is it?"

Thug (1) threw a broker card at Toya, saying, "You can use this card to call the broker that I know of. I don't know who Giran is personally, but this is one of the trusted brokers."

Toya caught the card easily and took a look at it. The name on the card was Maxine Evergreen, along with the person's location and phone number.

Toya wondered, 'An English person? American? Or Canadian? What is she doing here?' He pondered the possibilities, but he couldn't come up with a clear answer. 'Is there so much opportunity here when All Might came back to Japan? Based on my conclusion, there should be none.'

Toya warned the thugs, "If I find out that you guys are lying, I will follow you to the end of the Earth." The thugs nodded, knowing that Toya was serious about his promise.

The thugs felt uneasy hearing that coming from a kid, but they all knew that it was a promise. Toya took one last look at them, saying, "Thank you for the information," before flying out and asking bystanders for directions to the broker's location.

The thugs fell on their butts after seeing Toya disappear, all of them releasing a sigh of relief. Suddenly, Thug (3), who had been slammed by Toya, appeared out of nowhere with Thug (10).

"You left us, didn't you?" Thug (4) said.

"Yeah, pretty much. I'm glad that kid doesn't know how to distinguish illusion," Thug (3) replied.

Thug (10) added, "Thanks for saving me. I thought I was going to die."

"Haha, looks like I was right. This happens when you don't train your Quirk," Thug (3) said, laughing.

"That kid has abnormal strength for his age," Thug (1) said.

"Let's hope we don't meet that kid again," Thug (9) said.

"Yeah," Thug (8) agreed.

Thug (7) felt useless, saying, "I'm sorry, I couldn't do anything to help."

"It's fine. You can do it," Thug (2) said.

"Yeah, if you use your Quirk, we would all get hit," Thug (4) said.

"If that happens, everyone here will be screwed," Thug (5) said.

"Everyone here will lose the will to fight if you use that," Thug (6) added.

Toya arrived at the broker's place, which looked rundown but still decent. As he entered the building, he was greeted by a woman sitting on the couch. She had long, curly hair, and Toya couldn't help but notice her Latina features.

"So, you're the one that terrorized that group of misfits. So, what do you want to know?" Maxine said, crossing her legs.

Toya was a bit confused as to why a Latina was doing here, as there were more opportunities in America or Mexico. However, he ignored it and said, "Do you know where the illegal tournament is? I need money."

"Of course, I know. But I'm a little curious as to why a kid like you is doing this. If you don't want to answer, it's fine," Maxine said, biting her lips and licking them.

"You don't need to know," Toya replied, his tone firm.

"Feisty, I like it. I'm quite sure you don't have money. This is the location," Maxine said, sprouting a vine from the ground and handing Toya a paper with the location on it. "This is on the house, and I'm quite sure you'll be a recurring customer."

Toya took the paper and put it in his hoodie pocket. With that, he left the building, and Maxine smirked, saying, "See you soon."
