Cyril finally understood Vanessa's excitement. Since they have captured Vampires alive, they can indeed experiment on them to see how effective their methods are.

Soon, Cyril was brought to a dark room where four vampires tied to a pillar can be seen.

"Hmm… About the chain being used, is it from a Rank-S Artifact?"

Cyril asked after seeing the black chains around the Vampire's neck.
