I never felt totally abandoned by Xedjedy until the nightmares came back. It was as if he totally withdrew from me, leaving me to the mercy of my own fear and anxiety. Was I being too attached to him, that I couldn't ward off my own psyche from the trauma it had suffered.

That night before sleeping, Alice warned me about being mentally manipulated into believing an altered reality. I brushed it off. 

"You mean I could be mind raped? Again?" I asked her with a serious tone. Chealsea was standing between Alice and me.I knew she was just safeguarding her wife. But she doesn't need protection from me. "I'm in my right mind Cheal, I'm not being controlled."

Chealsea was worried, I could sense it. "I know that. But after what happened with Mushka I just don't know what to believe anymore." He looked at me with dead seriousness, "you had been mind raped, and that psyche manipulator may have not left."
