The hall was busy, food was being served. Queencie's 'older brothers' had been showing off either their new born child or the crop that they had just harvested. Men who'd glow in happiness if Queencie would congratulate or greet them. And as many as they were, Queencie knew their names one by one. She was as part of them as they were part of her. 

They were proud of the living they had done. They were naturally green thumbed, meaning they could grow any crop they wanted. It was amazing as they had started planting greens that were not locally farmed, and were successful in producing a bountiful harvest.
