章節 17: Chapter 17: Nothing Is Going On

Bren O'Neil has been spotted sunning it up on the beaches in Italy. She looked stunning in a sweet, modest bikini. She's been looking very fashionable on her evenings out, but what's been missing is a man. She's been seen with her best friend, Poppy Armstrong, and co-stars for the film she's working on, but that's it. The usually happy Bren hasn't been smiling much these days. Could long distance separation from Austin King be to blame?

"Was that my imagination, or did I see Austin King in my room the other night?"

Shelby eyed her sister and tried to figure out how she could dodge the question. "So, I was thinking about ice cream. You want some?"

"Don't you use ice cream to distract me."

"Did it work?"

Anna smiled. "No, but I will take some ice cream." When Shelby started to stand, Anna continued, "I'll take it after you tell me what's going on with you and Austin."

"Nothing. Nothing is going on. He's still him, and I'm still with Colby."
