Leo wrote down Professor oaks information onto the package before finally handing it to the receptionist.
After informing Professor oak about the moon stones he had just mailed, Leo began searching for an inn.
Not only was the sun setting, he also had to find the location of the cerulean city gym and the sensational sisters.

"This is another easy gym, which horsea should more or less be able to win, especially with that dragon type move" Leo said as he searched along the road for an inn.

The next day, Leo woke up to a message from professor oak, the old man thanked him for the moonstones as it was important to his Pokémon research.
[No problem] Leo replied before pocketing his phone in his pocket.

[notification: Gary oak has followed you]
Leo also noticed these two notifications, he didn't know how Gary came to know of him, but he didn't bother messaging Gary to know.
This was probably due to Professor oak telling Gary about Leo.

A few hours ago before Leo went to sleep.

It seemed like Professor oak had previously asked Gary to get the stones, but Gary had already long passed that area.

"Grandpa, I had met this Leo guy before back In Pewter city, he is a bit more interesting than that ash kid" Gary thought for a while, even so he didn't put Leo in his eyes at all.

Leo stood before the huge stadium like building of the cerulean city gym, posters of water type Pokémon could be seen all around.
The place really resembled a huge ass fish tank in leo's eyes.
Walking through the huge doors, the first thing Leo noticed was the huge battle field with only a few platforms, and nothing but water underneath.
There were also many decorated sea plants around, along with fish tanks.
