So, as it turns out, Ocean and I needed to do a lot of things to prepare for our venture into the ocean. And it definitely didn't have anything to do with me making jokes about how I had been deep inside of Ocean several times before. Apparently, Doc and Ocean both didn't find that very helpful at all.

Doc was staying with us to help us get ready for the trip. Because Deliah wanted to be near her mate, she was staying here as well. The only one that was a surprise to us and that was staying here, was Julie. She had no reason to be here and should actually have been at home with her boyfriend. However, she had apparently told him that she needed to be there for her brother, and he didn't mind. I mean, she video called him all the time, so he knew where she was staying.
