"I need you more than I need kids."

Camilla was completely taken aback by those words.

"What?"

Alex kissed her. He was careful not to hurt her, but he kissed her fervently. Camilla felt as if she could feel Alex, his insides, his essence, in that kiss. He broke the kiss and looked into her eyes, still holding her face in his hands.

"Camilla, will you marry me?" He asked. Camilla's eyes widened at that question.

She was silent. Yes, she wanted Alex. But how long have they known each other? Just over a month. It was ridiculous to think that they could want to get married with so little interaction.
