章節 87: Chapter 87: Same Abilities

In our previous volume, our hero Obed defeated the mother alien Zoha. "Have the humans decided to form a contract with the aliens or it's the vice versa?" Obed asked himself.

As they were leaving, thunderstruck at the academy and then struck again, and then a figure appeared before them. The students were frightened as they saw the figure and activated their abilities. The teachers and Obed's friends did the same but Obed didn't. Obed saw the figure and then began to laugh. "It's good to you see you Life Sucker," the figure said. "It's also good to see you brother," Obed said.

"Did Obed just say brother?" Florence said. "Obed has another brother," Barns said.

"It seems you have grown," Obed said. "Yes, and so have you," his brother said. "What do you want here?" Obed asked. "I just came to witness the fight between you and Zoha," he said. "Moreover, Zoha came close to Obed and whispered to him. I'm here because of your ability," he continued. Obed then moved backward and then said to his brother. "I should have known but it's too late because I have it," Obed answered. "Oh by the way, where's Bright?" Obed's brother asked. "He hasn't been back to his place so I came looking for him," Obed's brother asked. "Yes! he came here to claim my ability but he's dead," Obed replied. "So where's he?" his brother asked. Obed smiled at his brother as the wind blew and said, "he's dead." His brother was surprised as Obed smiled when he answered him. "You killed him, your brother," his brother said. He wanted what you are also here for, my ability. Obed's brother then looked at him scornfully and then said to Obed, "I'm going to kill you." "Do not try," Obed said as his eyes were closed. "Because if you do, you'll end up like your brother," Obed continued. Obed's brother then giggled and then the aura was coming out of his body. Obed also didn't want to hold back and also the two were staring at each other. Miss Pearl then ordered Obed to calm down as Obed calmed down and then his aura left. His brother also calmed down as his aura also left. "Everyone here would have died his you and I had fought," his brother said. "Anyway, I gotta take my leave," his brother said. "Wait, before you leave, who are you?" Obed asked. "Besides, because you called me brother that's why I responded the same," Obed continued. You'll soon know, but I'll kill you Life Sucker for killing our brother.

Soon, Life Sucker left the scene, and it was left with Obed and his mates. "What are you going to do now Obed," Angel said. "Don't worry guys," Obed said. Obed was still young but couldn't see so he had to put on a pair of glasses. "Obed in glasses looks cool," Barns said. Everyone then turned to look at Sir Ben and then turned back to look at Obed. "Sir Ben, can you defeat Obed at this stage," a student asked as he laughed. "Of course, I can't beat Obed at this rate," Sir Ben continued.

Obed and his friends along with the teachers entered the new school and were amazed to see the inside. The inside was as beautiful as shine. The siren then rang for a break. Obed showed the students where the cafeteria was. As Obed was showing the cafeteria Obed's mind began to go blank as he didn't know what was happening to him. "What the hell is going on?" he said.

"Master, master," Magnus came running towards Obed. "Magnus, what's happening?" Obed asked his system. Your body is going to restart itself. As soon as Magnus said that, it shut down as Obed slowly fell onto the ground. Florence then carried Obed onto her back. Florence was then escorted by Angel. At first, Florence asked Angel to stay back but Angel refused. "I assume that she has feelings for Obed," Florence said.

When they arrived at Obed's dormitory, they carefully placed him on his bed, and then Florence and Angel began to look at him. It was getting late so Florence and Angel had no other alternative than to sleep in Obed's room.

It's been 3 days and Obed has still not awakened. Everyone in the school began to feel uncomfortable as Obed who is the main hero has been out for 3 days. Sir Ben was also trying his very best to train the students very hard anytime Obed was either out or not around. 4,5,6 days and still no sign of Obed showing movements. Then there was a big announcement in the auditorium which had to make Florence and Angel leave Obed alone in the room. As soon as they left, the temperature in Obed's room began to rise. "Restarting," Magnus said as Obed was suspended in the air. Obed's hair began to grow as he had long white hair. His physical appearance also changed. "Restarting complete," Magnus said.

"Welcome Life Sucker," he continued.

Obed looked at himself in the mirror as he landed on his feet. Obed used his hand to pass through his hair as it changed from white to red. Furthermore, Obed also created a special type of glasses purposely to control his magic aura so that people don't detect that it's him. Obed then decided to head outside for a while. Meanwhile, in the cafeteria, as they were talking, everyone couldn't feel Obed's presence anymore. Angel and Florence decided to go and check Obed's room but when they arrived they couldn't find him. Angel and Florence used their magic as a communication tool to talk to Micheal and Chris. Soon, everyone was in a state of shock.

Meanwhile, Obed was outside the school taking some fresh air, and some of the students spotted someone outside. They saw a guy with red hair. Florence, Angel, Linda, Micheal, Chris, and Barns came out and activated their ability. "I want you to surrender and tell us what the hell you did to Obed," Linda yelled. "Hey guys, come on it's me," Obed said. His friends didn't want to believe so they decided to attack Obed.
