章節 374: Unfortunate News
I have some unfortunate news. I returned on QM this week with the intent to complete it. After reading it completely, I realized that several issues cropped after the Beast God arc (there were several issues before, too). So, I set on rewriting it from chapter 112. I did update chapter 112 on patreon but I soon realized that I have no motivation for the fic ever since I lost it a few months ago. It's even worse since I forced myself to write chapter 113, but haven't managed to complete it for the last three days. I'm sorry, truly. QM was the start of the traits, upon which I base almost all my fanfics. Traits are just fun that way. QM was supposed to be my first completed work... and I just blew it.
I'm not saying I haven't dropped works before. I have. I feel it's best to be honest about such topics but I always believed QM was going to be different. I also had this ugly thought of not taking the responsibility of the reader's expectations (no matter how little of it remains) and just silently drop it before realizing how much I'd hate to never have a confirmation of the story/fanfic I read dropping. I'm... sorry.
With that said, I will get on with FGN and hopefully continue it. I got on writing because I love it. QM and FGN started when I began forcing myself to write EHG and I never regretted rerunning EHG as POI, which I love writing. So, I genuinely hope I get started with FGN in this week, even if it's a rewrite of some sort to curb all the previous issues.
