Jacob's brother! Ah, Penelope was such an idiot. This is why she shouldn't talk to strangers at fancy events. She wasn't fancy in the slightest. She had no idea how Missy, who had grown up in the same neighborhood she had, could handle having fussy in-laws. At least they seemed to like her. 

Hang on though, did Jacob seriously not choose his own brother as his best man? That was low. She wondered if Harry was at all bitter about that. 

Percy probably wouldn't care but that was because he wasn't the type to stand on ceremony. He was the most casual person she had ever met in her life simply because he couldn't be bothered to conform to societal norms when they interfered with his research, whatever that may be at the time.
