Katherine gasped with shock looking at both. She always wanted her best friend and her husband to be friends but not like enemies.

" Ad…" saying she pushed him away from Martin. She stood between Martin and Adrian. Tears streaming down from her eyes. 

" How could you manhandle him? He is my best friend " She asked Adrian in a cracked tone.

" Kathie…." 

By calling her name, Martin placed his hand on her shoulder. " I understood one thing clearly, you will not be happy if you stay here. Let's go from this place. I don't want you to stay with this man, " he said.

Adrian held Katherine's wrist and pulled her behind him. " Martin….Don't cross your line. She is my legally wedded wife and mother of my child. And she will stay with me here. It will be better if you think before you speak. Or else…it will not be good for you" he threatened.

" What will you do? " Martin challenged him.
