章節 37: Another team
As I kept trying to recreate this apple, I heard someone call me outside.
"Hayato! Come, it seems that the fire has finished burning. »
Ok, it's time to clean up.
I went out to join them. Then we start moving towards the center of the burned area.
The fire had been controlled to encircle the entire surrounding area. So logically the few survivors must be in the center.
As we walked into the area ravaged by the flames, I spotted some burned bodies on the ground. There were only carbonized bones remained. I leaned down to pick up one, but barely I touched it that it turned into ash that was dispersed by the wind.

I turned to see Tokoyami vomiting on the floor. Well, he just vomited on someone's corpse. He has really no mercy. This first vomiting appeared to be contagious since everyone started to vomit. You know, it's like when you see someone yawning and you want to yawn up your turn.
Anyway, we continued to walk (while crushing carbonized corpses). We arrived at the top of a hill that would allow us to hide to observe the situation.

In the center of the carbonized zone, there were several teams standing face to face. They all looked not well and seemed very aggressive to each other.
"Stop pretending! You have someone who masters fire in your group. It must be you who have launched the fire!" Screamed a boy with a face full of rage by pointing at another team.
But his accusation was drowned in the ambient noise while everyone screamed at each other. The situation worsened more and more as more surviving teams keep joining this place.
In this ambiance extremely tense, we could hear a laugh. It seemed particularly flashy in this situation. The laugh seemed particularly strong and was heard by everyone.
"Hahaha, what do we have there? It seems that some insects have survived the fire. »
While the voice resounded, we could see two silhouettes approaching little by little from the burned forest. Hearing these words, the ambient noise was gradually faded.
Two people then appeared at the sight of all. One of them walked with a sword hung on his waist. He walked calmly. He had black hair and a very bloodless skin. His extremely cold look seemed to be able to see the deepest of someone's soul. The other on the other hand did not work, he floated a few centimeters from the ground. He was dressed in a hero costume with a cloak that seemed straight out of an American comic. He had blond hair combed back, his blue eyes seemed to look at everyone with disdain as he had a slight smile on his face as if he mocked around the world.
It was him who had just spoken.
"What did you just say ?! "Yelled someone
The blond guy looked at him
"Well, it looks like someone here doesn't understand human language. I'll try to keep it simple for you. In summary, please die for me!" He said with an excited smile on his face.
Once he finished talking, he threw himself in the middle of the group with a vertiginous speed. Everyone present began to attack him, but no attack could hurt him. He looked like a wolf thrown into the middle of a flock of sheep. He thus began his massacre with bare hands.
Each of his blows carried a superhuman force, if we added to that his extremely resistant body combined at his incredible speed. It seemed unstoppable.
His mate on his side also started his massacre. He draws his sword that started producing a dense black haze.
Every sword slash sent giants dark crescents that cut all that was on their paths.
But oddly, every time someone was touched by the dark mist, he lost his ability to use his Quirk. And the more the fight lasted, the more the dark mist spread in the surroundings.
In a few minutes, no one was able to fight. The gathering of several teams who had survived the fire ended up being slaughtered by only two people.
The surroundings ended up being transformed into a blood bath with shattered bodies scattered throughout the area.
The two unknowns stood in the middle of the corpses as if nothing happens while they spoke between them.
"So Rowan? I marked 75 points. Who won this time?" Asked the blond guy.
His mate named Rowen seemed to think before answering in a voice still calmly
" I don't know. I marked 60 points but I had one who gives me a bonus of x1.5 so I think it's my victory this time »
* URGH *
" Oh? There is still one in life?" Said the blond guy while getting closer to a bunch of corpses.
He kicked up to reveal a young man cut into two. He was still aware but he had obviously only a few moments to live.
"Y-You ... Do you play with people's lives? You bunch of monsters !!" He yelled with the little strength he had.
" A monster? Me?" Asked the blond guy while taking a false shocked expression "Why do you treat me as a monster? Do not you see that I am a hero? Look, I even have a cloak." He said, waving his cape.
"You a hero? Stop insulting my dream. I don't blame you for killing us. We all do this against our will. How do you dare to profane my comrades' corpses by taking this for a simple game !!!!" Shouted the young man out of breath.
The blond guy crouched down next to the dying and caught his head by the hair to watch him right in the eyes.
"I'm gonna explain something for you dirty insect. I am a hero and I save lives. So I have the right to do what I want. Did you understand? So even if I want to spit on the corpses of your friends you can't say anything. Now stop talking. Insects are not supposed to speak." He said, laughingly before crushing his skull.
"Disgusting, even when he dies he pisses me off." He had a disgusted look as he wiped his costume that had been splashed by blood.
"Stop fooling around, Eric. Rather, look over there, it looks like some of them are smarter" Rowen said while pointing a hill in the distance.
" Oh? Looks like a few mouses are hiding ... Hehe we're having a lot of fun today! "
